Could we put a magical express luggage tag on a wheelchair, check it with our luggage and have it delivered to our hotel with our luggage

Probably, we did it with a stroller. However I wouldn't recommend doing that, between the airline and magical Express crushing it under suitcases(we witnessed both parties do this by putting the stroller under a pile a suitcases) it ruined the stroller canopy. Wasn't a huge deal and was still mostly usable, but I wouldn't do it again.

You might be able to, but it would be up to the airline. @KayaWildfire is right - too much potential for damage.

Suggestion 1. If you have your flight information already, visit www.seatguru.com. See if your plans has a closet. Call the airline now and let them know you were bringing a wheelchair and would like to keep it in the cabin. They should let you know whether you can reserve that, or if you have to arrive especially early.

Suggestion 2.. Take the wheelchair to the gate with you, get a gate check ticket, take the wheelchair down the jetway, leave it outside the plane. The airline will stow it in the cargo hold, and bring it back up to the jetway when you land.

Thanks, but what we are trying to avoid is lugging it through the airport. My sister will only need it when walking around the parks, and even then she doesn’t need it all the time

You may find that you will need the wheelchair through the Orlando airport. Depending on which "side" of the airport your plans lands, it can be quite a walk to Magical Express.

You don't "lug" a rollator anywhere; you, well, roll it.I
it could come in handy for luggage.

Now, the really important information:
Some planes have one coat closet.
Some planes have zero coat closets.
Call the airline.
Ask if your flights have a coat closet.
Ask what you need to do to bring the rollator into the cabin and have it stored in the cabin.
Do what they tell you.
Understand that maximum one such device can be accommodated onboard.
Expect that it will have to be gate-checked.
