Really depends on if you have to wait for the ME bus. We stayed at CSR last September and when we landed our bus was ready and waiting. We landed at 9:30 am and were in our room 10:15 am. So it was about 45 minutes. CSR was either the only stop for the ME bus we were on or the first stop. Not sure which.
I also know that when we stayed at POFQ we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the ME bus to show up and then the trip to the resort was a little longer because we stopped at POR before going to POFQ. Again our flight landed at 9:30 am but we didn't get to the resort until around 11:15 am.
theres a few factors:
Your flight being on time
how quickly you navigate the orlando airport to get to ME
how busy the ME lines are for your particular hotel
if a bus is already waiting
the ride is about a half hour or so. Id give an hour to be safe factoring in all that other stuff, so Id say 5:00 pm the absolute latest.

I'd count on arriving around 6:00. Once you get off the plane and through the airport, wait for the bus to get full enough to go, and then make the drive (which is around 45 minutes), 1 1/2-2 hours has typically elapsed. If you plan on 6:00, you won't be disappointed if it's earlier!
Thanks all. I really appreciate your help. Just trying to figure out plans for eating that evening. You know how it goes on that travel day..."I'm hungry, Mommy"

Simply my opinion... arriving that late (and yes, it's not really 'late'), I'd simply plan on a counter service once at the resort. Then some pool time, and bed. I would NOT plan an ADR.
Have to agree with sam gordan on this one. If your flight lands, ontime, at 3:55, you can expect to be at your resort by 6, and probably sooner. But it's not a good idea to have an ADR when you arrive that late. I would grab something at the resort food court and head to the pool. Then get settled and get a good nights sleep!
You can buy snacks at the airport. One location is next to the tram station in the gate cluster (before you board the tram to the main terminal). There is also a food court in the center of the main terminal building, upper level, between the A side and the B side.
Unless you have a reservation at Disney, you do not have to be punctual for the Magical Express bus leaving the airport.
