Magical Express Papers - if they don't arrive?

2 days left and no shuttle tickets yet. Can I safely assume that, if they don't arrive, that I will pick up what I need at the airport DME desk upon presentation of my documentation. As for the return trip, are both sets of tickets received at the same time?

You can board DME using your Magic Band. Just tap at the entrance and they will tell you which line to go into. If you did not receive the yellow luggage tags, then you will have to pick up your luggage at baggage claim first.

Coming from Canada so no magic bands until we get to resort. We are however supposed to get tags and MDE docs.

If you didn't get the tags, just give them the claim check receipts at the counter. Go to the counter with your reservation number and you'll be all set. While there, make sure they have your return info. The day before you check out you'll receive an envelope on your door with information about the pick up time for the airport.

You can call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at (866) 599-0951
just to make sure they have your current incoming flight info.

They have always been extremely nice and very helpful to me.

Call Magical Express. We had a problem with our yellow luggage tags one year and they overnighted them to us. Not sure if they can do that to Canada, but it is worth a call.
