Magical Express, one member arriving on a later day

My ds (17) will be arriving 3 days after the rest of the family, hoping to avoid missing too much school. I called Magical Express and let them know of this change and gave them his new flight information. They said he would not need new tags or vouchers even though the arrival date for DS had changed, they said all the info goes by the barcode and numbers on the ME tags and not so much by the date listed on them.

I totally forgot to ask about his voucher from my booklet, do I rip out his square and give it to him? Does he need anything other than that voucher?

No, I don't think that the square will be sufficient for him to use to board ME. Usually, when one person arrives later, they just need to stop at the ME desk and they will print him a pass to board ME. Not a big deal at all!!

I think the voucher from the book is all he will need. It has the bar code that needs to be scanned. I would use it and if he needs a new one the CM doing the scanning will send him to the desk.

We have had people arrive on different days before, and all they need is their voucher from the ME booklet.

thanks for the replies!! I will rip the voucher out for him and if it's a problem I'm sure they will send him to the counter.

DS seemed a little worried that his tags and voucher both say 9/18 but he is arriving 9/21 but the ME rep I spoke to said it wasn't a problem, he is being attached to our confirmation and those are our dates so it's all good. Crossing my fingers that everything goes smoothly.
