We have a trip beginning Feb 7. Made the reservation on Jan 2, including ME. We didn't receive the tags, so I called. They said the ME stuff is scheduled to be sent out on July 22!! So weird. They had no idea why that would be. The reservation has not been changed in any way. Anyone seen this before?

Did they (ME) confirm they had you arriving on February 7, 2019?

Yes, everything else in the reservation is correct. It even has the correct flight info on the correct dates.

If you booked it online I'm not surprised.
I had a problem once when I booked DME online so I call now.
Also perhaps it was supposed to say JANUARY 22nd but something got messed up.
You don't actually need the tags anyways.
Just give DME your claim tickets.

That IS an oddity! I have given DME claim tickets, as the PP suggested, and all went well.

I've booked online dozens of times without issue. This is definitely not a normal consequence of booking online.

If the can't get them to you give your luggage check to a cast member and they will arrange to get them to you.
