Magical Express *Notice*

Still no word on the charges that might take effect after HCOE huh? Just to add my experience with wait times. My last trip our plane landed at exactly noon. By 1:30 I was sitting in the park eating lunch! So that means we exited the plane, got to the desk, checked in, got on the bus, got to our resort, checked in, went to our rooms to freshen up, took the bus to the MK, entered and got our food in 1 1/2 hours! So I have no complaints about the pick up at all. My only complaint is the rather ridiculous (IMO, and yes, I know why they do it) 3 hour pick up time prior to departure. Especially for people who checked in at their resorts. DH and I sat in MCO for 6 hours (that we could have spent squeezing a couple of last minute rides in!!!) because we got to the airport in about 20 minutes, there was no lines at screening, and our flight ended up being delayed for over 3 hours.

We just got back last night. We never got our luggage tags so we had to deal with our luggage (picking it up and bringing it to the bus), which wasn't a big deal. We used the airline check in at the resort which is a nice feature as you just go right to your gate. Leaving three hours prior to your flight leaving seems like a long time but by the time we left the resort, got to the airport and went through security half that time went by. Oh yeah, a piece of luggage went on the wrong plane but hopefully it will be found soon. We personally will not use Disney transportation in the future. We will rent a car as it takes way too much time getting from point A to point B once you are there.

Adding my 2 cents - I am glad they decided to continue the service but wondered from those who use a limo service if they like the convenience of a grocery shopping stop if you stay in a villa and plan to cook a few meals or just want snacks. Or if it would be better to utilize a shopping service and bus service?

Any suggestions?
I've done both the limo and grocery stop, and the ME and grocery delivery. I think that they're about equal in convenience. The downside to grocery stops is that they give you 30 minutes, which isn't long enough to navigate a strange grocery store, IMO, and you have to get all those groceries up to your room at check in. Yeah, I know Bell Services helps, and they use carts, but it's not easy to stack up those little plastic bags on top of your luggage and keep it all balanced.
The downside to delivery is dependent on the service you use. We used wegoshop.com, which requires you be in the room to receive delivery and make payment. This is okay if you can schedule it for your arrival day and time, but we arrived on Christmas and had to postpone our delivery time until the next day. Not easy to interrupt your day to run back to the room to meet the delivery. I think a service that leaves the groceries at the desk for you to claim later would be more convenient, but I have no experience in that.
