Traveling back to WDW in December. Have stayed at GF before, and we're trying CR this time. Do they put all four MK resorts on a single bus when you arrive at MCO, or do they divide them up (say, Poly and GF, and CR & WL). Thinking that if the bus has to make 4 stops, it could take a while... Also, is it the same for the return trip?

Thanks!

There is no hard and fast rule about what resorts share buses. It all depends on when you get to the airport check-in and how many people they have going to which resorts around the same time. Its possible that you would have to go to four different resorts, but its also possible that you could be the first stop.

I have been staying on the monorail line for the past three years. The order always seemed to be Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary, Polynesian, with the GF being last. That is just my experience. As OP have said, it depends on which resorts the bus is going to. As for the return trip when I stayed at GF, Wilderness Lodge was the last stop before the airport.

You are in good shape - the resort order changed :).

Since about Nov 2014, the dropoff order is Poly - GF - Lodge - Contemporary. We were on that bus :). Same order in April 2015 (we were on that bus as well).

We have stayed at the WL five times since Feb 2013 and every time the order has been Poly, GF, WL then CR. The return trip is CR, WL, Poly and GF, then airport.

Haha they really must vary the trip then to keep us all guessing or based on the number of people arriving at any given time. We went in Oct 2014 and May 2015 and both times it was WL, CR, Poly then GF. My sister went this past week and it was the same BUT included FW as the first stop (which has always been a separate bus/bus line when we have taken DME)

When we visited last September our DME bus did all 4, and if I recall correctly WL was last :( (that's where we were staying). I believe the order was GF, Poly, CR, and then WL.

Doug :goofy:

I don't think there is a rule but my experience has always been POLY - GF. We've never stayed on past that. Once my mom was joining us late at night and GF ended up being last but I think that was a random occurrence.

I guess there's no way to know ahead of time! It would be great not to be on the ME for an hour and a half, though...

wow a true mystery! i just got my ME luggage tags & had to call in a flight change & the CM told me that the CR/BLT stop would be either after WL or 1st from the airport depending on where the passengers are going. interesting! i'll report how it goes for us!
