Magical Express-Luggage Drop-Off

My family and I are visiting the Contemporary resort. We are thinking of flying in the night before and just staying in the less expensive All-Star resort so we can wake up and already be in Disney. My question is...if I am flying in the night before and using magical express can I have my luggage go directly to the contemporary and we go to all-star to sleep. Can I then check into Contemp the next morning and have my luggage delivered then?

No, your luggage will go to the hotel you have the reservation at for your first night. However, you can arrange to have your luggage transferrred to the Contemporary when you leave the All-Star.

We did that two years ago. We stayed one night at POFQ and then transferred to CR right the next morning. Bell Services transferred everything for us without issue. Granted, we had to pick it up from Bell Services at the Cr and take it to our room at CR, but that was very easy.

As others have said, ME will only deliver luggage to the hotel you are registered at that first night.
Bell Services luggage transfers are not complete until mid afternoon - 3 PMish.
So even though you can head to the CR early in the morning your luggage won't be delivered there by Bell Services until mid afternoon.
I don't know if that will make a difference to you or not.
