Magical Express Luggage Delivery

What has been your current experience with the luggage delivery using Magical Express? A fellow traveler read about the long waits for lugggage initially with ME and I want to reassure her that things are different now (if they are).

It is a lot better now. Someone will have a bad story, but most will say it is pretty fast. We got our luggage in around an hour or so in July.

Just back and the service was fantastic!!!! The luggage was in the room within one hour.

Back in June, we got to MCO at about noon, at the resort at 1:15, sitting by the pool at 1:30, in our room at 2:30, had our bags in our room at 3:00. Not bad.
