Magical Express luggage delivery -when do I panic?

Title says it all. How many hours after arriving do I call someone and let them know that I haven’t received my bag?

Bags are supposed to be delivered to your resort approximately four hours after you arrive at your resort.

If you have not checked with your resort's Bell Services, you can check with them for any updates. Sometimes, there's a delay in delivering to your room and can be quicker just collecting them from Bell Services, yourself.

Thanks. I’m about to hit hour 6 and just got back and no bag yet. I think that’s a new record for me.

Sorry for the delay. I had to call to Bell Services, one time, and they had the bags sitting there. Apparently there was a large group checking in that had caused a backup in delivery to the rooms. I hope you see your bags soon.

Alls well that ends well. As I walked to check on bags, they were delivering them.

I was actually surprised the one time my bags were delivered at all. I think that happened once in 4 trips. Usually we have to call bell services and hunt them down. Last trip we just walked down there because we were so close, but they still had took forever to find them.
