We leave for WDW on July 22nd. When should we be receiving our ME package? I know it takes longer for mail to reach us up here in the Territories.

I'm pretty sure we had ours about a month before so you should be seeing it soon.

We did not receive ours till 2 days before we left but even if you don't receive it you can still use ME just call them a couple days before you leave and make sure they have your info ( they can even get your bags if you give them your baggage claim numbers when you check in at the ME desk at MCO )

The last 2 times we used Magical Express we didn't receive anything before we left. We called to make sure we were registered and then when we got there we went right to the check-in desk. No problems.

we booked on Wednesday and the luggage tags arrived on Monday. (GTA)

They say that they send the package out approx 3 weeks in advance. As stated you don't need the tags and vouchers. As long as you have booked it you will be on their list at the DME counter.

I'm notorious for booking last minute trips and I have used DME 2 times without documents. I have booked trips 1 and 2 weeks before my arrival. I just bring carry-on so luggage is a non issue but I have just gone up to the counter with my confirmation # and gotten on the bus. They will print a voucher for your return and give it to you at the counter.
