We will arrive on Nov. 9th. Is it taking longer to get on ME because they are only allowing x amount of passengers? Anyone have any experience with this recently? I know we have to bring our luggage that they will not deliver it to your resort anymore. Anything else I might need to know? Kind of on the fence as to use ME or rent a car. TIA!!!!

Took DME back to MCO yesterday and we were spaced out, about 2 rows per family. No problem at all. We didn't take it in, so not sure about the wait time at the airport.

Depending on when you arrive, it is taking a little longer. It's only an issue if you have made dining reservations too soon after your plane lands. I'm talking 15 to, maybe, 25 minutes longer than usual. If you're arriving at an off time there is no difference.

My Sept trip I decided to rent a car for the first time. Glad I did. Not because of DME but transportation to and from the parks was hit-and-miss. Disney is really doing their best but getting to MK and DHS first thing in the morning was pretty crazy. Leaving parks at closing was, too.

Also since the parks close so early the resort dining gets really backed up for two or three hours in the evening. It was nice to drive off property and pick up a (cheaper) meal.

Thank you!!! I actually added a day at the beginning our trip so we get in on Sunday around 6:45 pm so maybe ME won't be too crowded.

I got in about the same time on a Monday. I was staying at the Hyatt but I walked over to DME just for old-times-sake and there was no one in line at all.

I suspect that's a very slow time.

We've taken Magical Express on 3 separate trips since reopening. We haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes before getting on a bus for any of them (all of our arrivals were around 10-11am on different days of the week). However, this past weekend the sign when getting in line did say it could be up to a 45 minute way.

ME worked well for us last week. Arrived on Sunday and only had about a 10 minute wait. Seat assignments were given out so everyone was spaced out. On the back to the airport, seats were not assigned out but driver asked that you fill the back seats first while maintaining spacing between families. It was easy to do because bus wasn’t crowded and we were even one of the last to board.
