If I had that early of a flight I would just book an airport hotel instead of paying the ridiculous rate for a WDW hotel that last night. This would cut your early wake up time.

Status update - we decided to just go with the flow and take the 4:30 am DME. We had about 1.5 hour at our gate before boarding (factoring in carry on and Precheck).
