magical Express Help

Going to WDW 3/28 and still haven't received my magical express vouchers. Just called and they told me not to worry about it because all I need to do is give them my bag claim numbers and they will get my bags for me. They also told me just to go to the desk and they will be able to pull me up by my reservation number and I will be able to get my vouchers for the return trip then. Does this sound fishy to anyone else or is it just me?

Nope, nothing 'fishy' at all. There are still some people reporting that they don't get their luggage tags before leaving. You have several options....you can do as DME rep told you..give them a copy of your baggage claim check and they will pull your bags and get them to the resort. Or, you can go to baggage claim yourself (as you would do normally without DME), grab your bags and take them to the DME check-in area with you. You get checked in, they give you your vouchers, and you will be directed to the correct bus line. Then, the driver will put your luggage underneath the bus. The nice thing about doing it this way is that you have your luggage with you.
But, having said all this...you may still get your tags. I have gotten mine, twice, about 3-4 days before we were due to leave!!!

We didn't get tags for our December trip but everything went smoothly - they did for us exactly what they told you they would do. Have a great trip!
