Magical Express for split stay

Just wondering how this works. We are coming in for a 3 day cash stay at PoP followed by a DVC stay at Beach Club. Can I make that happen when signing up for ME or will I have to call? Thanks.

You simply fill out an online form for your arrival with dates, time and hotel reservation number. Then you do another form for departure. I have done it many times.
