Tried to call to request additional luggage tags. But it is closed. Any idea when it will be reopened? Is there a place on the on line form to request additional tags.

Don’t know when they will open but I have heard they are not sending luggage tags

The last time I sent in a corrected form with new flight numbers to ME on June 3, this is the reply I got:

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to create and mail your confirmation letter and luggage tags before your arrival date. You are still able to utilize all of the services that Disney’s Magical Express provides. Please follow the information provided in this confirmation email in the event your collateral is not received before travel.

My arrival date is Aug 15.

Same for me. I reserved ME online and then I received the email above. However, the email also said that if u want the luggage delivery to the resort, you can just provide the cast member who checks you in at Magical Express with your baggage tag/claim numbers and that’s how they will identify your luggage and transfer it to your hotel.

I heard though if you do the claim check thing it will take an extra hour or 2 to get your luggage on top of the usual 3-4 hrs. DH and I have decided to bring our luggage with us on the bus.

I just filled out the form a few days ago and got a similar reply. It said they didn’t have time to send the luggage tags and that I could take my own or give them the claim tickets. Odd considering my trip is in September. I was going to call but I guess I will wait

How much luggage are you bringing? You will be one tag per person. You don't need yellow tags for carry on luggage.

that is a lot of luggage. I couldn't imagine needing more than one large checked bag and a carry on unless I was going down for a wedding or some special event that needs special equipment.
