Magical Express Buses, for those who have a DVC reservation through exchange

We are booked to stay at the Key West resort for 1 week, near the end of July. Would we have access to the Magical Express buses from the Orlando airport, to the resort? Do we need to make reservations in advance, or can we just show up at the airport? Is there a fee, or not?

Yes - those who exchange into DVC via II are eligible to use the Magical Express service. You do need to make arrangements for it in advance, through Member Services. The number is on the confirmation you receive from II (the same place you call to pay the $95 fee all exchangers must pay).

There is no additional fee for Magical Express.

True, but anyone who exchanges into DVC via II must pay a $95 "administrative fee". Doesn't matter if they use ME or add the DP or use the internal transportation system or none of the above. They all have to pay it.

There is a $95.00 fee for the exchange, but the OPs question was, "is there a fee for using ME"? My answer still stands, no ME is currently free for anyone staying at a WDW resort.
