Your options are a taxi, a pre-arranged car service or limo, Mears shuttle bus or to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, be aware the S/D charges for parking. I think it's $12 per day for self park, $16 per day for valet parking.

Also be aware that S/D adds a $10 per night resort fee to their rates. No dining plan.

Just re-booked our Swan 6 night stay to get another of the nights free with SPG points - our original booking in March - for our stay coming up in Sept. had a $10 per night resort fee on it - NOW - the new confirmation shows the resort fee is up to $12. FYI!

Keep the original confirmation showing the $10/night resort fee, as that is probably what you will still pay.

If you rent a car from National or Alamo at the airport, you can return it to the Dolphin if you don't need a car while at WDW.

The funny part... generally when I add in the fees and cost to get to the Swan/Dolphin... it's still cheaper then a Disney "Deluxe" and you get reward points if you join SPG which can lead to FREE stays! Hard to beat!
