Magical Express arrangements

Forgive me but I am confused. I booked a Land and Sea package for Dec 26-Jan 2 and Pop Century Jan 2-4. From what I read, it sounded like someone would be available at the airport to take me to my resort at WDW (the Poly) , to take me to Port canaveral, back to WDW (Pop) and back to the airport. Now, I am thinking I am assuming too much. Is there a number I should call to make arrangements? Thanks!

Did you book through DCL or a TA?

We are doing the same thing-our TA has arranged for "Free" ME from airport to resort, then we paid for DCL transfer from resort to port and back to resort transfers, and then the "free" ME from resort back to airport.
