Magical Express - a website?

Is there a website that I can use to update the Magical Express info myself? I have tried so many times to get it right when I call but I still don't think it's correct. (We have a split stay Nov/Dec) I've logged into My Disney Experience and it doesn't show ME info. Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of, but you can call toll-free 866-599-0951.

They have a site but from what I have seen, you can't log in and update it yourself. You would have to re-submit it all again, so I don't know if it just updates or if it goes in duplicated as a second entry for you. I was hesitant, so I ended up calling to update my info and I was glad I did because the CM said they had no record of my DME info even though I had done on the web site originally

We rented DVC points last year and the owner said she made our DME reservations and I believe that she did, but I could never see them on the reservation. I went ahead and added them as a backup and had no issues.

I've never known of a website for ME, but now I wonder why they don't have one? On the new "My Disney Experience" website it seems like you can do (or should be able to do) just about anything else there. Maybe ME is on there and I've missed it, but otherwise my only thought is it because it's a Mears thing?
I just booked our ME reservation over the phone yesterday, wished I could have done it online, and have to admit I went brain-dead when I was talking to the CM and forgot to ask if there was an on-line option. Oh well.

I use disneysmagicalexpress.com, which direct to: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/

I found that website through all the major online TAs; when booking through hotels.com, orbitz, etc etc, that is the site you're told to use to make DME reservations. I've used it and it works.

I have done several split stays so maybe I can help you out.

Tell me when you are flying in (date and time) and when you are flying home (date and time) and what WDW resorts you are staying at. IF you want you can PM the info to me if you don't want to share it openly on the board. Then we can go from there

Thanks for the DME site. The trip for us is in a month, and they only sent luggage tags for 2 out of 3 of us. And the flight info was not on there. I re-submitted and I hope it works.
