Hello...

My question is... can I purchase my MYW tickets from an outside source and then add the dining package later thru Disney, or if I want the dining package, do I have to buy my tickets from Disney directly?

The dining plan is a package addon. Packages include room+tickets for everyone in the room. In order to get the DDP, you must book a package. The only exception would be for DVC members and their guests.
