Does anyone know if you can purchase a Magic Your Way Ticket &
Food Package if you are staying on points at a DVC resort?

No, stays on points at DVC resorts are considered a "room only" reservation, similar to an AP discounted room, and are not eligible for the dining package.

Again, it is only available with a room package, which does not include DVC points stays or AP discounted rooms.
