I have a question about the Magic Your Way Premium Package. We are talking about getting that package for our 8 day stay. The Magic Your Way tickets are only for 7 days. How does that work? Is the food, recreation, parks, water parks, etc. good for all 8 days or just 7 of them? Or are the parks just good for 7 days (Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, & Animal Kingdom)? What about the water parks or Disney Quest? If you go to one of those, does it count as one of your days? Like for instance, say we went to all the main parks, water parks, etc. for our 7 days......and on our last day we wanted to go to Blizzard Beach, can we or are our 7 days up? And is your food and everything else included still on the 8th day or is it only for 7? Sorry if this is confusing, I tried to make it as clear as possible. If anyone could answer my question, I'd appreciate it!!

I hope the answer comes, because I was wondering also. We were looking at the premium package for several reasons, one of them being the larger amount of resturant choices. I'm bookmarking you, I hope someone has the answer.

I am so confused - I recently got a price for the premium package and it was for 8 days not 7 - and the tickets were for 8 days also. Am I wrong in what I read?

The premium package is good for length of stay plus 1. Text from Disney site below.

The Magic Your Way Premium Package - Discover all the delights of Walt Disney World® Resort with this outstanding package of Resort Stay, the Magic Your Way Premium Ticket that includes the Park Hopper® and Magic Plus Pack options, the Disney Dining Plan, plus recreation and entertainment. Please note that the length of the Premium Ticket with this package must be the number of resort nights plus 1 day - for example, a 4-night stay with a 5-day ticket.

Best way to understand what you get is to list what it DOES NOT include, which is a very short list. The one exclusion I can think of is the chef's table at V&A. Premium tix are VEERRRRYYY pricy, but they open up the doors to the kindgdom. MAybe someday I can afford it.

Yes, it is very expensive. I priced it before I realized what it was and then I saw all that it included and now I know why it is so expensive. My husband would love the unlimited golf but would never use it enough to make the package worth the cost.

Sorry I didn't realize that said Primium Package. Just had a senior moment and not a senior yet ooops. :sad2:

The below info for Booking individual tickets and adding dine plan to your room only reservation.

You get 7 days on theme park addmitance which comes with the park hopping option meaning you can hop from one park to another on the same day without using but one park addmitance. MK, EPCOT, MGM, AK are the theme parks.

Then 5 extras [day tickets] for BB, TL[water parks], Disney Quest, and PI. Which you can use more than one a day. {for example Blizard Beach in the morning and Disney Quest that same evening will use up 2 extras}. One extra per addmittance.

Dinning option is for the length of stay. That depends on number of nights. If you are staying 8 night then it would be 8 day dinner option.

Hope this helps.

Please fill free to correct me if I wrong. That is what I remember from my question when I booked our package without dine option.

Mom of 2............ you are describing the "PLUS" option. Premium goes WWAAAYYY beyond that and gives access to all tours, every park, virtually unlimited recreation, etc, etc. Also costs thousands more (would have almost doubled a 7N WL stay for 4). Premium is the "money is no object" option.

Sound fun, eh ??? :earboy2:

zdad Thanks. I seen my mistake after I posted. Just did an edit thanks again.

Just a senior moment without being a senior. :teeth:

I had the same questions when I first booked the MYW package (before I changed it to an AP room only ressie). The following is what the person at Disney told me. You might want to confirm with Disney because depending on who you talk to and how much they know, you get different answers. We are arriving early Sat. and leaving late the following Sat. Total eight (8) days. The dining is only available for the number of nights you are staying, so we would be responsible for any meals on that last day (Sat.). Since we were going to be there for eight days, he added an extra day to our package, which was added recently due to the high demand or package stays longer than 7 days. Adding an extra day cost something like an extra $3 per person to our total. This allowed us to be able to visit a major park everyday. However, with the MYW premium, you are limited to the number of admissions to the other venues like the water parks, DisneyQuest, etc. I think with a 7 day ticket, you get like 5 admissions to the other venues. I'm sure this site or allearsnet.com list the exact number according to the number of days you are staying. I hope this helps. Have fun on your vacation!

LOL!!! I think everyone has done a fairly decent job answering the question.

We are going on the Premium plan, so let's see if I can just add more to the confusion!

The food, tour, etc... is good until Midnight of your check-out day! So, the food, tours, etc... will be good on your 8th day too.

The tickets for Blizzard Beach, DisneyQuest, etc... ARE just the "plusses", which I think are 5 (so you would run out before you 7th day if you went every day). So, for the 7 night/8 day vacation with 7 day ticket, you wouldn't be able to go to the park on arrival day or departure day basically. You will be 1 day short (I think techincally you should get an 8 day ticket but I was able to schedule an 8 day/7 night one with a 7 day ticket but this was when it first came out and they didn't even *have* 8 day tickets). We have since switched to room only, package (6 nights/7days - still 7 day ticket), room only.

Thanks for answering my question! I was so confused! I didn't know you could get an 8 day ticket. I thought it was either 7 or 10. I was just lost cause I was so use to the other tickets that when they changed it over, I forgot what was what. I think I got it now. Thanks again!!
