For anyone that has done the Candlelight dinner package at Epcot can you use two TS for it?

For the past couple of years it's been this:

2 TS for all Candlelight Processional meal packages. This is the same whether the restaurant is buffet, family style or a la carte, and whether the meal is lunch or dinner. Last year, Le Cellier only offered the package at lunch. Garden Grill only serves dinner. For all the other restaurants if you wanted the first CP show, you got lunch. Otherwise, the meal was dinner.

Thank you we are going in Dec of this year just for the weekend and my little one has only gone to one park MK so we'll be doing just one day at Epcot and I want to add the dinning to our room and just wanted to know if we could use the TS for it I hope it's that way this year would save us a lot of $$$, I would love to do the Garden Grill do you know what time dinner is for?
