Magic your Way Package w/ or w/o Dining?

Hello
I had a question regarding the new Dining (vouchers?) that Disney is now offering. The ones that cost $35 a night and include a sit down meal, counter service meal, and snack.... Do you know if one can only get that deal if they buy a MYW package or is it something you can get if you buy your room, park tickets seperately? I didn't think so, but I though I'd ask. thanks.

Thre dining option is only available if you book a package that includes room and tickets. The room would be at the rack rate (no real bargain). The value of the meal addon probably would not exceed the cost of paying the rack rate for the room. You would really need to put it to paper to evaluate its worth to you.
