Hi!
We are sailing on our first Disney cruise this March and are really excited! I have read a lot about fish extenders and wanted to participate during our cruise. How do I get connected to one on our sailing?
Thanks!

Hi! We will also be on The Magic sailing March 15th as our first Disney cruise! We definitely want to be in a fish extender group! We have 2 kids - 8 year old daughter & 6 year old son. Our neighbors are also cruising with us! They have a 7 year old daughter!

Great! How do we get started? Any ideas? I've never done this before...just going by what I've read online. We are also traveling with my nephews, too.

Forgot to mention we will have our 12 year old son, twin 5 year old daughters, 13 year old nephew and twin 10 year old nephews along. With our group and yours, babz78, it's at least a start! :)

I really don't know how to get started except what we've already done! Maybe more people going on our cruise will see this thread and join? Where do you guys live? We live in San Antonio.

We are from Sugar Land. We have a pretty big group going...12 of us in 3 cabins. Looking forward to it! I'll keep checking back and when we get a bit closer, I'll get it all figured out. Maybe by the end of February we will have more participating and get everything set up. Thanks for wanting to do this! I think it will just add so much to the fun! :)

Hi again! I've done some research by reading other cruise meet threads. It looks like once we have the amount of people that we want included in the FE exchange, then everybody sends a private message to the person designated as the organizer. The organizer then makes a spreadsheet of all the people in each stateroom - including the kids genders & ages. That is then emailed to all participants. One thing we need to determine is if we are going to do gifts for the parents as well. I am all for parent gifts - what do you think?

Absolutely! Adults are just big kids! Let's plan on that, especially if it's just our little group! I say the more the merrier. I am happy to help organize this, too...just hoping more people sign up. Thanks for the info! :)

tictoc is organizing a fe for our cruise. If you send a pm to her, she will get it all set for us! I am so excited!!! I am sending her all our info this morning. Hope more can join...the more the merrier! :)

Great, thanks for letting me know!

We are cruising Disney Magic on March 15th on the 4 night Western Carribean and we would love to join in on the Fish Extender fun! We have two kids my son who is 5 and my daughter who is 7.
Please include us on any e-mail or correspondence.

Hi! There is another meet thread called "magic 3/15/2013 western cruise!!" The person coordinating the FE for us is "tictoc". You will need to send her a pm with your info (your email address, names & ages of all cabin members, cabin number, & home city). We made February 15th our cut-off date, so make sure you get your info to tictoc before then!

Does anyone know which night is usually the formal night on the 4 night cruises? (Sorry to post questions separately, still trying to get to 10 posts) :)

I'm a little nervous bc I think I sent two messages to tic toc, but after sending the screen said I have to get to 10 before I can send a message and I'm currently at 1.
This makes no sense, so just putting it out there that I think I safely have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Lol

That happened to me too - I just had to post 10 times on here. Very annoying!!!

I read that there is not technically a formal night in our cruise - just need normal clothes if eating in one of the adult-only restaurants.
