My girlfriend and I got magic keys together in my name including my son and brother but we broke up is there a way Disney can take her off my account or does she have to pay just hers off full? ( im doing payments)

"According to the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Terms and Conditions, Magic Key Passes are non-refundable. They note that "the amount paid for the original Pass may not be redeemed for cash or be used for any other goods or services other than the purchase of another Magic Key pass." I know this is not the news you wanted to hear, and I recommend calling (714) 781-7277 and speaking with a Magic Key Membership Services Cast Member. They will be able to listen to your situation and provide any options that might be available."

Ask her to either send you payments every month or to pay it in full. If she is even somewhat decent, she will give you the money owed in full for her pass. You can call Disney and pay off just her pass and continue payments for the rest.
