Morning people. Off to church this morning. We are having our Easter program today for some reason vs next Sunday. Tomorrow we start moving into the new house, kind of a bittersweet moment. Anyhoo, lets get posting people!

Hello everyone. We just booked this cruise! We will be celebrating 2 b-days while on board and staying in cabin 8038 with second seating.
There is 4 in our family:
DH - Greg (turning 42 on 10/26)
DW - Gabrielle 38
DD - Savannah (turning 13 on 10/27)
DS - Jamie 9 (b-day just before cruise 10/14)

We will be doing the FE and our kids are already planning something for the "kids show" (talent show). Is there a name and/or shirt design yet? I looked at our thread's first page for a list of our cruisers, but didn't see one yet. Is there a way we can get that going or maybe a kid's thread? Our DD can't wait to see how many other DKids are onboard. I haven't had time to read all the posts on this thread yet. I plan on doing that tomorrow after DH goes to work and DD and DS are off to school. It's much to late for me to tackle that now. I just wanted to introduce our family to the other dissers on our cruise. Look forward to planning and chatting with you for the next year and a half! Good night.

My name is Becky and will be traveling with my DH Sean. I don't think we are planning an official FE right now, but who knows what will happen in the next year and a half. NO name or shirt design yet, if you have any ideas please feel free to say them. No kids thread yet, but hey if your kiddos want to start one go for it! As for adding names to the first page, we would need Lynn or Chris to do that, and I haven't seen them on here in awhile. May have to wait until we finish part 1.
Some of us have traveled together a few times already, so please don't be afraid to just jump into the conversation.

I'm Nancy and cruising with DH Chuck (Charlie Tuna) along with some folks we've cruised with twice before who are also DISers. (They'll be along shortly, I'm sure...).

Yes, traditionally, the first (or at least second) post of the thread will contain our "List of Characters" on this cruise, but Chris/Lynn (Morsel) has not posted since that first time and no one else can edit his post.

Maybe someone else on this cruise who did post on page one could start a list for us. Otherwise, we would have to wait until we start a second thread (after 3500 posts we get cut off) and can then start a list. Or, cross our fingers that Chris/Lynn Morsel shows up again and can do that for us.

We have not named this cruise yet either but are open to suggestions. We've had a few good ones already.

Thanks for the welcome Becky, Nancy and Karen! I second you Karen on the list, it does make it feel more official. Thank you Becky and Karen for starting it. YEAH!!!! I guess I'll keep my eyes open on here for anyone that's interested in FE. We've never done it before and DD and DS want to take part in it sooo bad. Not to mention DH has some ideas on a design for ours! Once I see some interest in that, I have no problem spearheading that unless someone else wants to. I'm sure my daughter will start a kids thread soon if noone else does. She's very anxious. Okay, well I'm off to reading. Looks like I have several pages to go through.
