Hi!

We will be going to Magic Mountain on May 28th. I can get tickets online for $39.99 each. Should I go ahead and buy them online or are there coupons in the area that I can get? and are the flash passes worth it? There will be 5 of us but my DD is 3 years old so she won't need one.

We leave on May 24th.

Thanks!

Well if there's any way that you can go before the 26th, the ticket prices are only 26.99 online. If you are a AAA member you can get SFMM tickets at their offices for $28. Otherwise the 39.99 is the best.

For a Wednesday before most schools are out, I don't think Flash Pass will be necessary. However X2 will have just opened (previous coaster closed down for a while to add new special effects, new trains, and a new paint job and it opens on Memorial Day weekend), so I recommend heading to that first thing. Also rides that might have long lines are Tatsu, Riddler, and Superman. The back side of the park does not get crowded until late morning/early afternoon.

Have fun!

Tickets are $26.99 at Ralphs supermarkets with a free 3-11 ticket with each one purchased. Go to ralphs.com to find a location.

UPDATE: Purchase by June 10. Tickets are good any single day MM is open in 2008.

Do the tickets have to be used by a certain date?
