People typically start lining up an hour+ early at DL park. We are using our magic morning tomorrow. How do we know which gate to enter? Are there special gates for magic morning access?

No gate, all the folks lining up are there for MM so no problem in finding the correct gate, chances are great you will be released to a rope drop so this is how the park controls use of gates for MM. Arrive at gates 40 mins early for Peter Pan loading, 30 mins for other attractions ,

So did I .. I remember seeing a sign or two. with MM on it.. and thats the gates we went through

If you are arriving early enough to line up for early entry, you can use any gate.

Eventually they will switch some gates over and leave only some available for early entry. But at line up time every available gate is being used for early entry.

Whew!!!! I thought I was losing my mind!!! never had a problem had any gate 40 mins before entry, now that cms are out in front with the criminal photography they can redirect non MMs elsewhere.

We did magic Morning on thanksgiving for to security at 620am and was lined up at the gate by 635am ready to rock and roll at 7

Make sure you check to see which park has the early entry on your day - it is only one park each day (except, I think, sometimes during the busiest weeks of the year).

Guests staying at any of the 3 Resort Hotels get EMH ( Extra Magic Hour ) Usually the days for EMH are Sun. , Mon. , Wed. and Fri. for early entry into DCA AND Tue. ,Thur ., and Sat for DL. However, during the Christmas Holidays I believe you can use your EMH for any park on any day. Check the website entertainment schedule.

If you check in before the start of EMH , they will give you a room key for every person staying even though the room won`t be ready until 3 pm. You can use your room key along with your admission ticket to access EMH on the day of your arrival AND the day you check out.
