Are Magic Mornings available to anyone who has a pass for 3 days or longer? Even people who buy them as conference attendees (who get discount tickets?)

No. It is only on certain tickets. The tickets will actually say if there is an MM available on them. We used to go for a parade my nieces did and we bought discounted tickets that did not include MM.
