During our very first day, I caught a quick glimpse of a dream team member, not in the white vest, though. For the next week, I didn't see any more dream team cast members. Then, on our very last day, in MK, I caught another quick glimpse, as we were heading into fantasyland.

DW told DS7 to go over by the sword in the stone so she could take a picture. As he was walking over, I noticed the same dream teamer again, just sort of hanging out a few steps away. Of course, being familiar with the whole magic moments thing, but not wanting to spoil anything for my wife or her mom, I merely kept the thought to myself that "Oh wow... he's going to pull that sword, and it's going to come up when he does!"

Sure enough, it did, and right after that, the photopass photographer must have materialized out of the pavement or something.

Thats great. My grandson got to do that a few years back in the show they used to do, and he thought he was all that. He loved it.

My now 6 yr old is dying to pull that sword up. I am glad your son had the chance to do it.:)

This happened my 7 year old little brother in March. He was sooo excited and the dream team member made a big to do about it, proclaiming him the prince of disney world. Totally made his day. My mom and I were hoping we'd get some dream fast passes or something but quite honestly, the smile plastered across his face for the next 3 hours was worth more than fast passes!!!!

My daughter did too when Merlin chose those who would try to pull out the sword. First he chose an adult, who couldn't pull the sword out of the stone, then he chose another person with the same result. The third choice was my daughter, who was able to pull the sword out of the stone to the total disgust of 2 young boys who were standing next to us. All they could say with complete disgust was "It's a GIRL" Their reaction was quite funny and I can still hear them saying this today.
