Magic menu change?

Yes, there were improvements to the menus. My favorites were still there. I would say some of the appetizers were new (and improved) and the entrees have changed alittle. I think people will be happy with the new menus.

I also felt that Topsiders buffet has been improved at breakfast and lunch.

How about the rumored change from "Tropical Night" to "Pirates of the Caribbean Night"? Did that take place?

Well, I'll admit that we stayed in Cozumel that night so I don't know.

However, I'm pretty sure it was still Mexicallifragilious... night b/c that is how it was advertised in the Navigator.

Has anybody confirmed this itinery change with DCL? What number would I call to find out if the change has been made for our 1/22/05 cruise?:hyper: ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo :bounce: :Pinkbounc :boat: :genie: :teacher: :cool1: :moped: :wizard: :jumping2: :cake: :space: :thewave: :rockband: :teleport:

DS 7 1/2 helped me with all the smiles!

I understand there may have been a change of menus, that is easy to deal with but has there been a change of the theme night for the western cruise - i had planned on bringing a hawaiian style outfit but do i now need a pirate themed outfit

Disney doesn't tend to change the menus on their website to frequently.

Hopefully I will have my hands on a new set from the Magic in mid-Sept. so I can report on any changes (we've not sailing, but someone is picking them up for me).

Talked to DCL, they said they tweak it from time to time to please us repeat cruisers. The girl was not aware of any major upcoming menu overhauls.

I don't imagine anything they make would be less palatable, so I can only look forward to tasty food regardless. Oh my poor stomach!

* Tropicali-fragilistic-expialidocious night will now be Pirates of the Caribbean night. The tropical deck party will be Pirate themed.

Ack!
I truly hope that doesn't really change.. or atleast doesn't change long enough to still be going on next Feb! There's a downside to booking so darn early- things change! I've already bought us all (5 of us) tropical outfits for that night!
*sigh*

I wonder if they will leave duck on the menu. We were amused to see that, wonder what Donald thinks about that?

I'm going on 11/13 cruise also. The menus don't mind as much as the port. Is St. Martin really out???

St. Maarten is only being skipped on five Eastern cruises. The 8/7, 8/21 and 9/4 cruises will have a stop in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the 9/18 and 10/2 cruises will have a stop in Antigua to replace St. Maarten.

After 10/2 St. Maarten returns to the itinerary.
