What time should we claim a spot for prime viewing, and exactly where would that spot be?

If you are there for the first show, you can show up around half an hour until the show starts and get a good spot in front of IASW. Or after the fireworks, you can still get a good spot in front of IASW. The best spot is right in front of the plaque in front of IASW.

OK. thanks for the response. I hate to admit it, but I did not know until recently that the show was done at DL. Looking at the 2 versions on YouTube, I think I will like the DL version best--although the rocket blast off on Cinderella's castle is pretty good.

Just saw this on Tuesday and the whole thing way surpassed my expectations. I really liked the rocket launch too!
