Open a program like Paint or Word or Publisher and then Copy and paste the picture into that program. Then you can resize it to the size you need. Then buy transfer paper at the office supply store (Avery is the one I bought the first time, I just bought Amy's transfers this last time), and print them out on your inkjet printer. Then iron them onto your shirt. There is a thread with the 20 steps to making t-shirt transfers and it is very helpful. Just keep reading around. You'll get the hang of it. And ask lots of questions if you need help.
