Magic Kingdom Touring Plan Help

I have two days planned in MK in Jan 2018. Trying to figure out a general gameplan for each day and determine which ADRs we'll likely cancel. I am with DH and two DDs, 4 & 8. Grandparents will join us for Day 2 (active & adventurous, though Small World is a must do for Grandma).

*We do not plan on eating duplicate meals but will have one or the other on each day or both on one day and snacks/QS the other.

MK Day 1 (Tues) - BOG Lunch 11:35am
Ohana 5:05pm


MK Day 2 (Thurs)- BOG Lunch 11:40am
Ohana Dinner 5:15pm

Thoughts on a general route/gameplan for each day? Which meal will grandparents most enjoy? Which night do we stay for fireworks? Do we go to Ohana and come back for fireworks or do Ohana on a night we plan on heading out early? We love Fantasyland, FoF parade and princesses but also hope to hit Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Laugh Factory, etc. etc. Any help is appreciated!

I don't know that it will matter too much when you watch Happily Ever After, but it may be less crowded that Tuesday.

I'll let others give their thoughts on meals, since I've never eaten at Ohana.

We’re going in Jan too! We’ll be there the 22nd through 27th, with two days at MK (Tuesday and Friday). Our plan is to spend one day doing fantasyland and the other day doing Frontierland, Adventureland, and Tomorrowland. There’s just more in fantasyland that our kids want to do, so we thought it would be best to give it a whole day.

Watch the parade on Tuesday and the grandparent should love OHana's ( we eat there twice every trip) but your little one might like BOG better.

Rest of the day is gravy, perhaps some Adventureland stuff, characters, etc. Would recommend NOT doing the fireworks on this day with it being such a full attraction day, but to each his own.
