how about a swap of just altered letters. no pages. no elements. just Disney altered letters. like we did with the pages so you end up with the whole alphabet but just the letters.

I was lurking by to see what people had made (so mad I forgot to sign up for this one!!), but I would LOVE an altered letter swap!!! I'm so selfish, though--we go in June, and I'd love to have them to use when I get back. But, you know me, I'll probably sign up whenever it is!!

Yesterday's mail had MickeyTeacher's package with the groups she angelled (thank you again!!!!) and the box from Aries1980 and JerseyChik! We got home late last night and I've got to work this morning so I haven't opened either of your packages yet.

Okay, we have some packages in the mail system that should be here today and there is 1 package that will be mailed tomorrow and 1 package that I'm still waiting on to find out if it has been mailed. So, we are getting close to having everything here. As soon as I have it all, I'll swap it all out. I'm hoping to have these back in the mail to you guys by the middle of next week!

Gotta love the man that mails everything but losses the DC receipt on his way home. It did got out and should be there today (hoping). He actually did not get into the mailbox until Wednesday morning.

If the 2nd package isn't here as well, then it looks like that one isn't coming. I'm going to swap out today and if the 2nd package isn't here, then I will swap between groups so that you don't get 2 of your own back. I'll keep you informed!

That should work fine except for the ZZ4 group- which doesn't have nerly the same requirements as anything else- with this one you may be best sending everyone in the group back their own (it is the name MICKEY group).

I hadn't thought about that group. I haven't looked that far ahead. I'd have figured that out eventually! Anyway, I'll go ahead and make the letter for that group so that everyone gets a complete set.

And, here's a peak at what the MICKEY looks like together! These are Groups ZZ and ZZ2 since we have all their letters. My mailman still hasn't been by yet.

My mailman was just here and I received BOTH outstanding packages!!!!!

Just a note for future reference. It really helps a hostess if you keep in contact with her and let her know what's going on. Let her know how you are doing, when you are mailing (and if you really did mail), if you are running late (it happens to all of us), etc. etc. It really does make things less stressful.

I'm off to go sort and swap all these fantastic pieces everyone made!!!!!!!

Glad they all arrived so you do not have to worry about blind swapping. Totally agree that communication is the key. That happened to me in the surprise swap and if I knew the package was coming I could have waited throught the weekend. I got it in the mail Monday after I mailed off everyone's boxes that day.
