(I posted this on the other thread too) but finals are coming up .. my daughter is about to go in labor anytime and planning for Disneyland Spring Break (two weeks) .. so I'm a bit busy this spring! Usually spring is dull and boring! lol

But I am near mailing, (thank the lord) lol .. talk about cutting it close! *whew*

Anyways, this next week I will post when I mail!

So, I just looked through the fabulous pieces for this swap and am also wondering what made me think I did not NEED anything else this time. See, I went easy on this one since we didn't do Disney this year ( Universal instead)and already have stuff for our trip 2 years ago for the most part ... but I really want some of the new ones now (boo hoo hoo). I am now consoling myself with the fact that we're planning our Disney trip for next year already and that there will be another Magic Kingdom swap in the future (I Hope!) In the future, I will need someone to remind me that there is NEVER enough Dis sets so it will twist my arm into joining more groups LOL!! just kidding. I'll just have to join more of the MK groups in other swaps

Oh another thing I realized was that I needed something for Mad Tea Party pics from our trip 2 years ago & am soooo happy that there's an altered letter for it coming back (woo hoo!!)

Finally! The last six prototypes! Danica had to take these, since DH STILL cannot find the camera charger.


Group A - Adventureland - Magic Carpets of Aladdin (The carpets can be either journal boxes, photo mats, or....? - the black center squares are 3x3". The carpets are Coredinations Lake paper, embossed with the Textile Cuttlebug folder, sanded, then colored with gel pens. The little tassels are real - cut from yard goods from the fabric store. Love them! )

Group Q - Castle Area - Partners Statue of Walt and Mickey

Group R - Miscellaneous - Mickey Bar (The bar and letters are glossy paint - doesn't show well, but looks cool - HA! - in person!)

Group U - Lands - Liberty Square

Group V4 - Altered Letter - M for Magic

Group W - Altered Letter - P for Philharmagic

Keep plugging away on finishing up now! Back to work!!!

Shucks...thanks, everyone! I've been having fun with these. Changed my mind seventy zillion times on the Aladdin, Partners statue, and Liberty Square ones...thus, took forever to finally settle on what I REALLY wanted to do.
