LOVE this shot! But may I ask what is hanging off the buildings on the left side of the picture? Was this picture taken recently?

I'm not the OP but I think you are refering to the covering they put up in front of the scafolding when they refurbish a building... we were there in April and May of this year and Casey's was covered as well as another building or 2 on Main Street
