Magic In Paradise: 10/8-10/15 2011. All cruisers check in here. (#2)

Good morning fellow cruisers.
We now have only

tharg-3-50-trans.gif

days to go to the Magic. :cool1::cool1::cool1:

As I was thinking about the task of locating all the rooms of those participating in our FE group so we could deliver our gifts, I decided that what I really needed was a good map of the decks showing where each room was located.

An hour (or so) later I thought maybe my map was good enough to share. An hour (or so) after that I finally had created a pdf version that I thought others could print and use.

I used the information from the FE spreadsheet, highlighted each room on the map and added names.

Here's a sample of the map (the whole map is too large to post here):

If anyone is interested in pdf version of the whole map that you can print (it fits on one letter-sized sheet) just PM me and I'll send a link where you can download it. I thought about posting the link here, but the paranoid, Internet-security phobic part of me wouldn't let me do it, even though all the info is already available in this thread.

I hope the map can be helpful for members of the FE exchange.

Awesome!! I want one! LOL. :worship:

That is great, thanks for all the hard work. I have a Passporter that has all the copies of the decks also so I had already copied the couple pages I needed out of that and highlighted the room's I needed. :thumbsup2

Yippee skippee? :rotfl::rotfl2: Too cute! And I don't remember that one! I'd ask how long ago, but then it might date us both!:goodvibes

I just Googled that phrase. The first link to Urban Dictionary offers a definition that I don't believe was what is meant here.

Ok, now I'm rolling down here with the 2nd definition (a human being with large mass...):rotfl: NOT what she meant here!!!:goodvibes

3 more weekends to go before we cruise!!!!!:cheer2::cheer2:

OK, DEFINITELY #1 and not #2, that is hilarious.:lmao: I am from the south where we make up a lot of stuff but even I had never heard that definition before. :rotfl:

Well, I LIVE in the south, and have since '78...lived all over this country..VA, NC, GA, LA, AR, MS, TN...and I've never heard of that phrase...I thought it was cute...but um...guess I'll use judgement before I 'spout' that one off!:rotfl:

As is, I can mess up a fine 'cliche'...just ask my kids!:rotfl2:

I was so excited that on the Dream the pirates night is scheduled so well. The family party is BETWEEN first & second dinners, meaning that those on first seating have time to make it to the party after dinner & those with late seating will get to the party & not have to leave early to make it to dinner. Then the fireworks are done at 10:30. Nobody has to rush to do anything. But I see that the Magic hasn't adopted this schedule! So once again we have to rush thru late dinner to get to the party on time. This usually means not only no dessert, but sometimes we have to hurry to finish entrees.

Speaking of dinners, who has what seating?

we have early seating:banana::banana:

I'm 50 years old...and potty humor still can make me giggle like a 3rd grader. Who knows if I will ever grow up.

ALAN! You're up like me!! Except, I'm watching the news, already fixed some lunches, moved a car, and started laundry. I like your morning better!:goodvibes So Glad you are watching Noaa!!! I got on that site, and it just confuses the daylights out of me!:rotfl: Kept trying to get to hurricane stuff and all I kept getting were graphs, statistics, and what-nots! Soooo, I nominate you the new weather guy! Keep us posted on what you see (like it's reallllllllllllllly gonna keep me off that ship!) And guess you'll be packing soon huh? Just stop by Memphis and we'll be ready!:rotfl:

Well O.K. The latest on NOAA is the storm that was forming off of Africa appers to have fizzeled out.

Melissa has already done this for us:) She sent me a version before her Dream Cruise, but i did not mail it out because of a couple of stateroom changes. She is going to mail the final version out to everybody shortly before the cruise in case any other changes pop up:thumbsup2

:thumbsup2:cool1: Can I just say 'How COOL is that!!!! That really helps put into perspective the ship and floors and where everyone is at! Of course, I pm'd you, but it also helps with names! In my mind, I pictured walking down the halls, looking for FE's, verifying rooms to names to FE's...:rotfl: And then when I see everyone? With all these Dis names, it's gonna be hard to remember Who's Who!

sullins5...aka..Madalyn

It won't allow me to pm to request a copy can anyone help :mad::mad:

Maureen, I never did receive the e-mail from before so I don't know if you resent it or not? Did you get my PM? If not then I will send another one with another e-mail address too.:confused3
