I had read about the babysitting. I just feel that I won't be using that service. We will be on our first BIG vacation with our son.

We are traveling in two cabins as a family of 6. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, DD4 and DS2. We very much wanted to participate in the FE but haven't heard back regarding our request. Can anyone help me? Thanks!! ~Anna

Just got off the Panama Canal cruise and booked this one onboard! It will be me, Ashley and DH, Randy. We are from Texas and this will be our 4th DCL cruise!

This will be our first cruise as a family and on DCL. We r super excited!!!! It will be my husband and I. Our 3 kids 13,5 and 4 years old. We r also bringing our oldest daughters friend who is 13 as well. My mother in law and uncle. I def would like my kids to be part of a fish extender group. We can't wait to meet great great people and make new memories.

Greetings ya'll!

We are very excited to be going on our very first cruise. My husband and I have one son, turning 5 in November, who absolutely adores all things Disney so it was a no-brainer to go with DCL for our big family vacation.

I came across a post on Pinterest about Door Decorations, which I can't wait to do, and kept seeing comments about Fish Extender Exchanges. I would LOVE to take part in this cruise activity if ya'll will have me!

Hi everyone! My name is Janae, and we'll be taking our first Disney Cruise (actually it is our first cruise of any kind) on the Magic in February! It will be me, my DH, our DS who will be 11, and our DD who will be 6. I am very excited and am trying to learn as much as I can beforehand!

This is all very new to me. My family of 4 joined by another family of 4 will be taking our first DCL on this sailing. I am just reading about FE and would like to know how to join. We are excited (except kids, who are not aware of the trip yet)

There are 2 groups already for the FE group. The first one was cutoff at 20 cabins. The lists are posted on the fb page. We are getting excited for our cruise as well! Just booked air, hotels and cars before and after the cruise. We live in Ohio where the winter has been brutal already. We have a 6 year old son that will love to meet other children in our group. Look forward to seeing you all there.

Links to Cruise Meet discussion/Fish Extenders other than those on the DIS may not be posted or offered by any other means (PM, email, "search" directions, etc.).

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

We booked late. It seems that nobody has organized a fish extender exchange on this forum, but are using other forums whereby all references have been deleted. I'm happy to organize one on this forum. Is anybody else game? Seems like the rules no longer allow Google docs or PM (?), so we'll have to organize in thread.
