Used the magic express quite a few times and had no problems. Having booked thought the Disney American site I provided my details twice, on the phone but have not received a confirmation email? on the bill there doesn't appear to be a customer services email address so will I have to ring again?
 
Even if you hadn't booked, you could still turn up and they would let you on. Some people have reported previously that they haven't received Email confirmations but when they arrived, their names were on the list.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are not on the list when you turn up, they will still take you to your hotel. Just make sure to let them know when you want your return transport to make sure they know you want to come back on DME too.
 
We didn't get a confirmation email either but our names were still on system. They will ask you at the desk if you require return transportation and then you'll get a voucher under your door on the last day.
 
Have only ever booked off the UK site when using DME but have never got a confirmation e mail and they have ways had me on their system. I am sure it will be fine, but call them if it puts your mind at rest.
 

Only time I had a confirmation email was when I booked it myself online.

When I have booked through Disney US or DVC I haven't had anything.

Just turned up at the desk and they print the tickets and off we go on the bus :thumbsup2
