Yesterday, I signed up our family for magic express through the dvc website. Later that day I got an email saying that my inquiry was being processed? Nothing about magical express was mentioned. Is this normal?

It's a manual process. What you submitted was a web form that someone at DVC then enters into Magical Express.

I wish they had a spot on the form for requesting extra tags. I sent an email to MS asking the same thing.
