How did your yellow tag arrive? Mine have not yet come. I'm 17 days out, and patiently checking the mail for them. Now, my MIL, who has the same name as me, but lives in a different town told me that Federal Express phoned her, thinking it was me. I'm thinking it could be my tags, but they haven't phoned me yet, so I'm not sure. Did your tags come by mail, or were they Fed Ex'ed to you. We have a mail address, (box #) and a street address, so I'm thinking there might be a mix up. I was going to put this on the transportation board, but thought it might be how Disney sends the tags to Canada. My vouchers and other luggage tags came via mail.

We got ours last week (we leave in 2 weeks). They did come from fedex. They also called my mother's house-they somehow didn't have the correct address. Fedex left a message for me to call within 1 week or they would return the package. I called, and recieved the pkg the next business day!!! On the message, they left a tracking #. If you don't have that, it may be a little tricky, but I would def. call tomorrow.

We got ours Fedex about 3 weeks before we left. Inside should be a booklet with your yellow tags, notations regarding your flights, coupons that get you on the bus for your return to the airport, and a voucher for a free lanyard and ME pin. Even if they didn't leave a tracking number with your MIL, call them and hopefully they can trace it by name.

Good luck! And if you don't get them, don't worry. It just means you'll have to claim your baggage at MCO and take it on the bus with you. You can still check-in at the ME desk at the airport with your hotel confirmation number and they'll put you on the bus.

I wouldn't worry, they are only mailed out at 21 days prior to your arrival. :)

We are 4 days out and haven't recieved anything! Not even our travel Doc's.

Don't forget, you must handle your baggage manually for customs. If this needs to be done as you arrive in Orlando, you might as well carry the luggage the rest of the way to the Magical Express bus.

I am told that guests clearing customs in Orlando can re-enter baggage with the yellow tags into the system for automatic resort delivery but I am not sure how this step is performed.

At some of our Canadian airports (the bigger ones) we clear U.S Customs here in Canada before boarding then the flights are considered the same as domestic flights(...get off the plane, get your bags, get on the bus...)
