Magic bands

I have a one night reservation at all stars resort in April 2020. There is currently a discounted magic band offer from which I wanted to buy 4 magic bands. If I was to cancel the room do you know if I have to return the magic bands or will they still be valid and usable?

If you buy the special magic bands, my understanding is that they would go back and charge your credit card the full price- however, I don’t know if that has actually ever happened. I bought mine, and cancelled twice, because I rebooked at a discounted rate one time, and switched hotels the second time, and they offered me the bands both additional times!

So they’ll still be active and when linked to my cards will still work?

I”d guess yes- because mine show up as active and linked in MDE.
