Do they mail them or do you pick them up at your DVC resort?

We've only ever picked them up in resort, but I think it you don't live abroad you can get them posted.

They are mailed domestically, but you have to pick them up if you live internationally, including Canada. If you fail to customize the bands, they might not ship ... I don't remember how that works.

Or if you book too late for shipping you can still customize and they give them to you at check in.
