Our cousin has extra bands. Can we use those

once linked to someone it cannot be linked to anyone else.

No. Magic bands cannot be transferred from person to person.

You can buy new magic bands from Disney for about $10 or so apiece and link them to your MDE account.

You can't put them on your account.

However if your cousin still has active passes, you could make Fast Passes with his mde and just bring his magic band and use as extra fast passes
