Magic Bands

Going to be at WDW in May and I keep seeing people talk about Magic Bands. What are Magic Bands? Also is it nice and warm in May, I'm from Canada and looking forward to warm weather.

There are many threads discussing Magic Bands including an FAQ type one on the Theme Parks board.

It best thing since ice cream. All your needs are on the magic band.
Room access(key)
Dinning reservations
fast past reservations
Info on you resort reservations
You can charge things with the card and its put on you room charges.
Info on other people in you party.
You link everything up to the magic band. You just online to Disney parks and go into your account. I think I hit the highlights.

Dinning reservation and fast pass can be done up to 6 months in advance. Do it in advance that way for both subjects you will get what you want and the times you want them for.
It waterproof you can even swim with it my grandson tried it out.

It should be warm in May you can check this website or the Disney website and they give you temperature averages for that time of year.

I don't like the heat so don't past April and then starting in November again.

Just wanted to add, if you are from Canada, you will pick up your MB's from your resort. They will not be sent to you.
