Me too.We did not receive ours in time. It was very frustrating. They didn't ship them until 10 days before our trip started. They arrived two days after we were in Disney. I think they use flying chickens for delivery.
The band selection has a few that come and go. If you wait and check again, you may see your daughter’s selection return.We made our order a few weeks ago, 75 days out, then Friday received an email saying "they were unable to complete our order" logged back on and our entire order was cleared. Only one of the bands we chose in our original order was still available. younger DD was not happy that her first and second choices are both gone. No explanation from Disney other that they could not fill our order. Frustrated that we submitted the order, received an email saying our order was good, then a few weeks later finding out we are out of luck.
Is this an option or a suggested improvement? I think I waited too long to order ours before our trip and I'm worried they won't arrive in time. If they offered a discount on-site that would be awesome!Mine was 3 weeks from order to delivery. Once 'shipped', they didn't move for a few days. Then they arrived a day earlier than expected on the shipping update site. I like a suggestion posted on another thread- $10 off a band once on site instead. Better variety, less problems.
I completed our order about that same time and we go in 60 days. Nothing here either. Trying to be patient.We ordered ours on 3/7 and they have not shipped. 2 of the 3 where the upgraded versions so I thought they would ship right away. Trip isn't for another 60 days so not too worried at this moment.
Suggested improvement unfortunately! There have been reports of bands not arriving on time and guests receiving free bands at the resort. They showed their order, delivery, etc. and a CM took sympathy. Not a rule but perhaps with the right approach and right CM, an option.Is this an option or a suggested improvement?
