Magic bands shipping painfully slow

I'm not sure where to post this but… Magic Bands have shipped, but the process is SO painfully slow!

Every day I keep refreshing the USPS page to track them. I got the email on September 1.

Took a couple of days for an update but by September 3 they were in Memphis. Then, on the 7th they were in Illinois. Now today they are departing York, Pennsylvania. Still no delivery date shown.

Just get here already you silly things so I can try you on, decorate you and prance around in my Minnie ears as we count down out last couple of weeks!!

When I put my tracking # into USPS, they said they couldn't find it. When I called MDE, the recording said that bands don't ship until 30 days prior to trip. Is this your experience? I just want to make sure there is no problem.
I usually don't care when MBs arrive, but we are hosting DS & DDIL, who are meeting us two days into our trip, coming from a different location. I wanted to get their MBs to them, during a visit next week, but now it doesn't seem that will happen.

Generally they take 24-48 hours to pro0cess them after you reached your 30 day mark.

They originate in Memphis.

It was a holiday on Monday.

If they have kpet moving then they are on the way. No need to worry.

YES!!! We just got ours, TEN days after the email that they had shipped!

When did you get the email? Usually takes a bit until it initially shows up in the system, kind of like when something is shipped to you that you ordered online via UPS, if you click the link right away nothing comes up at first.

This is really about how horrible the USPS "tracking" service is.

Most of the time, I can't even get updates listed. It won't even say I have a package until it arrives at my door, then all of a sudden it's entire trip history appears on the tracking site.

Not to mention that last time we got Magic bands, the postal worker delivered them to the wrong house and I only figured it out by tracking him down in the neighborhood and asking why he posted them as delivered. He had to walk me to the house he dropped them off at and give them to me. I really wish there was a way to pay for UPS or Fedex expedited shipping. I would gladly hand over a few more bucks to the mouse to have piece of mind that I'll get them!
